Exercise For Beginners

If you have never been a regular exerciser, or it’s been a long time since you were, this might be the place to start. Many new clients are nervous about starting an exercise program, and understandably so – personal trainers and shows the The Biggest Loser seem to pride themselves on “tough”.

This program will be different.

Your program will be challenging – it does take work to get results – but it will also be a program that you can be comfortable and confident in doing. Programs are created based on the best current knowledge and delivered with empathy (there is a strict no-yelling policy). The focus is on safely and efficiently building a strong foundation that you can easily integrate into your lifestyle in a way that works for you.
