General Fitness and Health

Most of us want to look better, feel better, and be more healthy. Even regular exercisers can benefit from personal coaching to help them take the next step towards their goals. Your program will identify and address potential injury risks and areas of weakness you may not be aware of, as well as building on the strengths you already have. Program focus can be on strength, cardiovascular training, flexibility, or a specific sport or event that you want to participate in, and can be as detailed or general as needed.

Exercise program design and personal training programs for General Fitness and Health are offered in-gym, in-home or on location (like your office gym), as permitted, for the residents of Beaverton, Tigard, Aloha, and other western suburbs of Portland.
